Special Events Permit & Application


The Town of Davidson’s outdoor special events policy and permit application will facilitate advance planning, coordinate scheduling, and arrange appropriate town services and operations in a timely manner.

Event planners must secure a Special Events Permit Application three months in advance of the event date.

Due to technical difficulties, the online application has been disabled. The application fee will also be waived until we get the online application working. Please click here for a hard copy of the form. Return the form in email to Kathryn Spatz at kspatz@townofdavidson.org or deliver it in person to the Parks and Recreation Office, 865 South Street.
