Town of Davidson Stays Positive, Shares Love During COVID-19 Pandemic

The Town of Davidson has been sharing a lot of important information with you over the last several weeks with regards to COVID-19. Today, we thought we’d highlight some of the incredible stories YOU have shared with US over that same time – stories that have inspired us and warmed our hearts. If you follow the town on social media, you may have seen a few of these before, but they are too good not to be featured again!

Beat This, Together!

The attorneys and staff of Davidson law firm Copeland Richards are, like many of us, working remotely from home. So, they decided to put the view from their Main Street conference room to good use and send a message to Davidson.

Front Porch Project in Davidson

As part of a nation-wide effort to document families who are staying at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, professional photographers across the country are capturing images of families from a safe distance. Jacoby Rose Photography came through Davidson and took some charming photos of families enjoying the time together in town, including this bunch who had some fun with their photo shoot!

Neighborhood Adventures

Several neighborhoods have masterminded bear hunts and posted rainbows in their windows for fun family activities that folks can do while getting some exercise and practicing physical distancing.

Messages for First Responders

Davidson’s Fire Department, Police Department, and Public Works are still reporting for duty, but their days are brightened when they are met by colorful sidewalk chalk or signs of appreciation. Y’all don’t realize how much this means to our first responders, and all the town staff working hard for you!
